From The Gym Floor To PT of the Year — Four Times
Hi, I'm Pete. My whole job — my whole mission — is getting you to the point where you look in the mirror and actually like what you see. And then keeping you there. I've spent over fifteen years in gyms and in the science of diet and nutrition, and I've turned that into a coaching system that has now produced over 500 documented transformations. Helping people achieve their fitness goals isn't just my profession — it's my passion. OUSHHHHHH!
The First Rep
I fell in love with the iron young — and never fell out. Fifteen-plus years deep in training, diet science and biohacking, because the day you stop learning is the day your clients stop progressing.
The Stage Years
I took my own physique to the ultimate test: all-natural, drug- and polygraph-tested bodybuilding. I came home Yorkshire Champion, Midlands Champion and North East Champion — and placed 2nd in Britain (NPA).
The Breakout
At the flagship Xercise4Less super-gym in Leeds I built a book of 40+ active clients in three months and became the most sought-after trainer in the building. Word of mouth did the marketing — results always do.
Going Private
Demand outgrew the big-box gym, so I built something better: my own fully equipped private studio in Scarcroft, North Leeds. One client at a time. No crowds, no waiting for kit, no being watched. Just you, me, and a plan that works.
The Awards Era
The industry started paying attention: named UK's Best Personal Trainer three times, PT of the Year (CorporateLivewire 2024/25), Best Personal Trainer in Leeds, and Yorkshire's Best Weight Loss & Fitness Coach 2025 — eleven independent awards in five years.
The Only Trophy Left
500+ documented client transformations. Every single one of them is the result I'm actually working towards. The trophies are nice — but this number is the one I'm still chasing. OUSHHHHHH!
